pandora pb-K
overview
Derived from the lineage of the PB-3, the PB-K is a compact optical gun sight engineered to seamlessly integrate into today's popular slimline and concealed carry firearms.
Featuring best-in-class window size, clarity, and runtime, the PB-K utilizes a cross-body fastener for maximum lockup security, and maintains native ACRO® P-2 footprint compatibility to expand into multiple applications. Out of the box, the PB-K is equipped with an RMSc Ghost Adapter Plate for flush installation on micro-compact pistol slides, and is further compatible with the PB-3 MOS Ghost Adapter Plate (sold separately).
With a fully enclosed emitter, a retention plate securing the objective lens into the housing, and dedicated Aurawake™ circuitry for added aiming redunancy, the PB-K is ready for the rigors of daily carry.
The PB-K is proudly designed and developed in the United States of America by CORD Instruments™, and is backed by a lifetime guarantee for the original purchaser.
aurawake
AuraWake™ is CORD's patented, reliable utilization of shake-to-wake technology. Competitor shake-to-wake optics will auto shut-off after a set number of hours to conserve runtime, and a motion sensor reactivates the reticle once movement is detected. However, motion sensors may exhibit unreliability if damaged during impact, fostering a subsequent equipment failure upon weapon deployment.
To prevent catastrophic aiming system failure, CORD Instruments is proud to implement AuraWake™, a new partial shake-to-wake system that ties the motion sensor only to the circuit of the 32-MOA ring.
Following 5 minutes of non use, the PB-K’s outer CQB ring will “sleep,” yet maintain the 3-MOA dot on at all times. This provides a constant, action-ready aiming reference that cannot be interfered with upon motion sensor failure, while significantly increasing runtime.
